My journey into bodywork began in 2010, offering relaxation massage through Relaxation Unlimited in Cleveland. What started as a passion for helping others unwind and reconnect with themselves eventually led me to deepen my path through formal education. In 2021, I graduated from Stark State College as a Licensed Massage Therapist, blending both intuition and clinical knowledge into my practice.
I believe massage is more than just relief for tired muscles — it is a chance to pause, breathe, reset, and return to yourself. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to what your body and spirit need most that day, whether that’s deep therapeutic work, gentle relaxation, stress relief, or simply a quiet space to rest.
My style flows intuitively between modalities, weaving together Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot stones, cupping, light stretching, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, energy work, and other healing therapies to create a session that feels restorative, grounding, and uniquely yours.
Beyond massage therapy, I have spent over a decade studying and practicing holistic healing modalities including Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy. These experiences allow me to approach bodywork with both technical skill and a nurturing, heart-centered touch.
I am always continuing to learn, grow, and refine my craft so I can better support each client’s wellness journey. It is truly an honor to hold space for healing, relaxation, and renewal, and I look forward to welcoming you into a peaceful and restorative experience at Restorative.
My journey toward massage therapy began in a somewhat unexpected place — social services. After earning my bachelor’s degree from The College of Wooster, I spent several years supporting others through life’s challenges and transitions. While the work was meaningful, I found myself longing for a more hands-on, heart-centered way to help people feel comforted, cared for, and restored.
That path eventually led me to Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage, where I graduated in 2021 and discovered the beautiful art of healing through touch. I joined Restorative that same year and instantly felt at home in a space devoted to relaxation, renewal, and wellness.
I specialize in relaxation massage and am certified in prenatal massage, and I truly love creating sessions that feel like a deep exhale from the outside world. My goal is to help each client drift into a place of calm where tense shoulders soften, busy minds quiet, and the body is given permission to simply rest.
Whether you are seeking stress relief, nurturing care during pregnancy, or just a peaceful moment to reconnect with yourself, I strive to create an experience that feels warm, comforting, and restorative — like pressing pause for a little while and letting the world grow still.
In the over 20 years I’ve been practicing, I have experienced many settings and modalities of massage. I’ve done work in therapeutic settings in a chiropractor ‘s office, a physical therapy office, and sports medicine office. I’ve also done luxury, spa services in one of the premier spas in Orlando, Florida.
My massage, modalities include: therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, sports, and pregnant massage and reiki. I also have a certification in lymphatic drainage and neuromuscular therapy.
My background and years of experience have taught me the art of tailoring a Massage to fit to each of my clients' needs.
Ever since graduating from the National Institute of Massotherapy in 2005, I’ve believed that massage has a quiet kind of magic to it — the ability to help people breathe a little deeper, move a little easier, and feel more like themselves again. What began as a career quickly became a lifelong passion for helping the body find balance, relief, and restoration.
Over the years, I’ve gathered an ever-growing “toolbox” of techniques and therapies, blending therapeutic knowledge with an intuitive touch. My work includes Myofascial and Positional Release Therapy, therapeutic sports massage, event recovery massage, and corporate chair massage — all thoughtfully tailored to what each body is asking for in the moment.
I have continued to follow my curiosity and love of learning through advanced training in structural integration, rotator cuff release work, myo-kinesthetic movement therapy, activation muscle release, joint stretching, and specialized treatments for neck and back pain, sciatica, TMJ dysfunction, carpal tunnel syndrome, and migraine relief. I love the puzzle-solving nature of therapeutic work and the incredible feeling that comes when someone realizes their body can finally soften and let go.
Along the way, I’ve had the honor of supporting riders and athletes at events like MS Pedal to the Point, Breakaway Cleveland, and the VeloSano cancer bike marathons — helping tired muscles recover so determined spirits could keep moving forward.
Today, I continue my journey with Restorative Massage & Wellness Center while also sharing wellness services throughout the community. Whether through focused therapeutic work or a calming moment of rest in a busy day, my hope is always the same: to create a space where healing feels natural, comfort feels effortless, and every client leaves feeling just a little lighter than when they arrived.
