 I got my start in 2010 doing Relaxation Massage through Relaxation Unlimited in Cleveland. In 2019, I chose to further my education and become a Licensed Massage Therapist, graduating in 2021 from Stark State College.

I bring a balance of skill and intuition into each session. My focus is on relieving the body of tension, while creating a safe and nurturing environment whether you are seeking relaxation, stress reduction, or a more therapeutic massage to address acute or chronic injury. My massage style ranges from Relaxation, Swedish to Deep, adapting depth and pressure to the needs of the individual client.

I love intuitively incorporating a mix of modalities, including: Swedish, hot stone, cupping, light stretching, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, deep tissue, and energy work. In addition to massage therapy, I have over a decade of experience in healing modalities, such as Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, and Craniosacral therapy, bringing a unique blend of knowledge and experience to my practice. I enjoy learning and continuing to develop my skills to better help clients.

Hi, my name is Cody and I'd love to be your therapist!

I'm an LMT with certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Cupping, and Swedish Relaxation Massage from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy.

I returned home to Ohio after finishing my education, and I've been working in this field that I love for almost 4 years. Therapeutic Massage is my speciality, and I always try to structure each massage to a client's needs.

I'm a firm believer that work should feel fulfilling, and I have never felt more fulfilled than when I'm helping my clients. Manual Therapy helps individuals overcome pain and stress. Now more than ever, I'm convinced of the value of Massage Therapy.

I have a Bachelors from the College of Wooster, and started my career in Social Services. After several years in the field, I realized that I wanted to be able to help people in a more immediate, hands-on way. I graduated from the Cleveland Institude of Medical Massage in 2021, and started at Restorative that same year.

I specialize in Relaxation Massage, and am certified in Prenatal Massage. I love being able to help my clients feel more relaxed and overall feel better.

 In the over 20 years I’ve been practicing, I have experienced many settings and modalities of massage. I’ve done work in therapeutic settings in a chiropractor ‘s office, a physical therapy office, and sports medicine office. I’ve also done luxury, spa services in one of the premier spas in Orlando, Florida.

My massage, modalities include: therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, sports, and pregnant massage and reiki. I also have a certification in lymphatic drainage and neuromuscular therapy.

My background and years of experience have taught me the art of tailoring a Massage to fit to each of my clients' needs.

 I graduated from the National Institute of Massage Therapy Program and have been a Massage Therapist since 2005 - APMP Member, 2005-present.

I am skilled in the following massage techniques: Myofascial and Positional Release Therapy, sporting event massage, therapeutic sports massage therapy, therapeutic corporate chair massage.

I have taken advanced massage courses in structural integration, rotator cuff releasing, upper and lower body myo-kinesthetic massage (which includes movement), activation muscle releasing and joint stretching, cervical/neck pain release massage, back pain treatments, and pain relief for sciatica, TMJ, carpal tunnel, and migraine headaches.

I have been a massage therapist for MS Pedal to the Point, Breakaway Cleveland, and Velo-Sano Cancer bike marathons. I am currently employed by Restorative Massage & Wellness Center; I also sub-contract work offering chair massage for a number of health and wellness companies.
